Transferred to U.S.S. Enterprise in 2266, named senior archaeology and anthropology officer. Served on landing party to Pollux IV in 2267 that encountered the cosmic entity, Apollo. Attracted the affection of Apollo, who held Enterprise and its crew hostage while wooing her. On Captain Kirk's orders, despite her attraction to the entity, she spurned Apollo’s advances, which led to his release of the vessel and its crew.
